What does Member include?
Every AI workflow tutorial, all 18 installable Claude skills with every update, the member essays and interactive editions, and first access to future AI courses. It is $200 a year, $150 a year for anyone who joins through December 31, 2026, and the rate you lock stays yours while you stay subscribed.
What does Founding add?
Everything in Member plus the Techy Surgeon data platform: the CJR-X Engine, the ACCESS Explorer, ASM exposure and the ASC Market Map pro modules, with data reports and policy insights. Founding is $390 a year. The Doctor's AI Course is included when it launches; the waitlist is open now.
How do I choose a plan at checkout?
Both buttons open the Techy Surgeon subscription page on Substack, where you pick Member or Founding and see the annual total before you pay.
How do I get into the member tools after I pay?
Sign in at techysurgeon.com/members with the email you used on Substack. The same sign-in opens every gated tool. If you are not recognized, email hello@techysurgeon.com with the address you paid with.
Is Clinician CoWork included?
No. Clinician CoWork is a separate Techy Surgeon app, in preview and priced separately. It is not part of either membership, and neither membership includes subscriptions to third-party AI tools.
Can I buy one skill batch without joining?
Yes. Each of the seven skill batches is $79 one-time on the skills shop, and your purchase stays tied to your checkout email for re-downloads.
What about patient data?
Never enter PHI into consumer AI tools. Every workflow names its privacy boundary and is designed for de-identified text or your health system's covered enterprise environment.
